Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TrackWizard collects, why, and the choices you have. TrackWizard is operated by Swander LLC (Wyoming, USA), the data controller. Contact: contact@swander.fr.
1. What we collect
- Account details you provide: email address, and optionally artist name, first and last name, country, and address.
- Usage data: the analyses you run and their numeric diagnostics (loudness, spectral, stereo, dynamics figures), the genre chosen, file name and size, and timestamps — used to run the service and improve our calibration.
- Marketing consent: whether you opted in to product-update emails, and when.
- Technical data: basic request information (such as IP address) needed to operate the service securely and to rate-limit abuse.
2. Your audio is not kept
The audio file you upload is processed transiently to produce your analysis and is deleted right after processing. We do not store your tracks, and we do not use your music to train any model. Only the resulting numeric diagnostic and the metadata above are retained.
3. How we use your data
- to provide the analysis and your account (history, access management);
- to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
- to improve the accuracy of our diagnostics;
- to answer your support requests;
- to send product updates only if you opted in.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of our legitimate interest (security, service improvement), and — for marketing emails — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who processes data for us
We use a small set of service providers, each only for the purpose stated:
- Supabase — accounts and database (hosted in the EU).
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Render — the analysis API.
- Modal — on-demand audio processing (transient; no audio retained).
- Resend — sending account and, if you opted in, marketing emails.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Analysis diagnostics are kept to power your history and our calibration. Uploaded audio is not retained (see §2). You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or object to certain processing, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time — from your account settings or by emailing contact@swander.fr. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Cookies & local storage
We use only what the service needs to work — chiefly a session stored in your browser to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. International transfers
Some providers are located in the United States. Where data leaves your region, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses.
10. Children
TrackWizard is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
